The association’s legitimate interest: to provide personalised responses to requests sent via the contact forms.

4. Data retention period
Ticketing data: retained for the period necessary to manage the event and for administrative follow-up, for a maximum of 3 years from the end of the relationship with the user.
Contact data: retained for the time necessary to process and close your information request.
Newsletter data: retained until the user indicates that they wish to unsubscribe, via the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each email.
5. Recipients and data sharing
The Association formally undertakes never to sell, rent or transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is transmitted exclusively to our technical service providers, strictly to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the website, in particular our hosting provider o2switch and our ticketing management tool.
